Gone are the days when a mobile phone was just a phone. I prefer to think of my iPhone as a mobile computing device. Excluding the applications that come as standard, I’ve got almost 40 apps on my phone. These are split over 4 screens.
Anyone heard of Schmap.com? I hadn’t until I logged into my Flickr account to find an email from them, telling me that one of my photos was being included “in the newly released seventh edition of our Schmap Manchester Guide”.
A couple of weeks ago I was online with some fellow Mac 20 Questions Round Table contributors and we were posting pictures of our workplaces and discussing our equipment (ooh err). This morning I took my camera in to work and set out my desk ready for the working day.

Tomorrow I have booked a day’s leave to attend an Apple seminar in Manchester. Aperture in the morning and Final Cut in the afternoon…and if all goes to plan, a Chinese buffet at lunchtime!
