Although my job title is Training Consultant, my role encompasses much more than that. I deliver traditional courses, 1:1 coaching, provide IT support and develop MS Office based solutions, so in an average week, I probably don’t train more than about 20 – 30 people. In one week not long ago I delivered training to over 350 people.
Earlier this week a colleague came to me with a problem with his iPhone. When he arrived at work that morning his battery was fully charged. By lunchtime it had dropped to 30%. He’d only made one call and has the data turned off. I asked him if he ever closes the apps and he just looked blankly at me so I explained.
